For tasks that need to happen on a regular basis, such as printer or server maintenance,
the TroubleTrakkerPRO service has a function to create scheduled tasks. You can use this function to schedule
a task to be added to the service one time in the future, or on a continuing periodic basis. You can also
have this task automatically assigned to a technician. |
