An important organizational feature of TroubleTrakkerPRO is being able to set up Groups in the service that
reflect the responsibilities of the different types of users. With so many powerful features in the service, you will want some users to be able to
do only certain things, while other users - such as Administrators - will need to be able to do anything.
Below you can see the Edit Group Permissions page for TroubleTrakkerPRO. This is where you set up what a group can do. Typically, the
Service Administrator will need to be able to perform any of TroubleTrakkerPRO's functions. But you have the freedom to set the service up
in a way that suits your needs exactly.
